The number of songs to be released by blackpink members between 6th December 2024 to 7th March 2025

Yep, BP making sure to do what they love, be free and it's satisfactory, I won't lie. Since 2017 BP are called lazy, don't love music, "just" insta influencers, etc etc and now here they are, outside of YGE and working as much as they want, working working and working. My girls are free and nobody can say anything anymore about their music passion!

YG prefers to release only singles rather than albums. That's always been their strategy, I don't know what else there is to discuss on this topic.

This just proves how incompetent YG has been all these years.

How is it possible that they are able to release full albums with 12+ songs, while with YG the “full album” it’s just 8 miserable ones?

yeah and people believing the pinks didn't want to release music or were not into music anymore and were only for it for the fashion or whatever Now they should admit they were wrong all along lol

no it wasn't a strategy it's YG half assing because he knew no matter what the pink s were profitable. He can't afford to do that with other YG acts because they won't sell. and have to operate more like a regular kpop company

I'm surprised she said in one of her lives that she had many songs done even for a whole album. I guess releasing two songs is more safe and might be focusing on promoting her dramas etc I don't know know or maybe it has to do with lack of time since blackpink's comeback is this year.

I doesn't want make conclusion cause quality win over quantity. And BP songs are catchy

YG's mistake was not taking advantage of it. Musically, BP hasn't evolved much since then and that's the consequence when they cb every 2-3 years.

They're trying to rectify their mistake with Baemon now.

I said this many times. I just can't see Jisoo focusing too much time on her music career. Especially now when she has 3 different roles and the BP comeback is in the corner as well.

Honestly, it's kinda madness that pretty much all 4 member will have comeback in 1 month with 1 or 2 weeks apart. Rose will release the 3 new songs soon as well.

I would bet my house they didn't want to do this, it's all on YG again, because the BP comeback is probably May as they already said it, and they can't promote their solo and group songs at the same time, not to mention acting for Jisoo and Lisa.
