The 14 days notice which NewJeans gave ADOR ends tomorrow!

Personally I think they look kind of foolish if they don't, so I hope they will just because of that. But it seems likely they will attempt to terminate their contracts. Whether or not that will be successful, who knows.

They will do it, I'm just not sure if they're gonna do it tomorrow or wait a bit, but looking at Minji's post I guess they're gonna do it ASAP.

And they will win for sure, the matter is not if they will win or not, it is how long it will take and the battle for the IP. I also have doubts about how they're going to make the process exactly, since they've a lot of schedules for December. It's possible they'll start the process tomorrow but wait to file the injunction until they finish their planned schedules, we'll see.

Wishing these talented beautiful ladies the best wherever their journey takes them next.

It seems likely to me at this point, but I'm just going to keep my mouth shut and my fingers crossed.

I feel like nothing will happen tomorrow. i have a feeling they are going to see out all their commitments first, starting with their concert this weekend with Yoasobi in Seoul.

the question now is when will it settle in the sense that Newjeans are free from their penalties of their contract termination

there are so many things that needs to align so that Newjeans can get themselves out of HYBE for good

termination fee is one thing, gaining the IP is another, multiple law suits applied by MHJ, HYBE, Ador and Belift Lab needs to settle, how much of an interference will the Government exercise on this matter, who is willing to help MHJ and NewJeans to establish a new start in terms of investors, will the investors help the termination fee and by how much, etc etc.

I'm no legal expert by any means but all this will take a significant amount of time, its gonna take more than a year me thinks, even two or three years if things don't go smoothly.

even after ALL of that and are finally free from their contract liabilities, I'm afraid they are still not free from HYBE, just look at what happened to SM and JYJ and you will see they are not exactly free.
