BLACKPINK shouldn't have debuted under YG.

YG's management of Blackpink is quite diabolical tbh.

First I think they didnt expect Blackpink to do as well as they did.

Then once Blackpink started doing well they have no idea how to handle their comebacks. It makes 0 sense for a group to go on a 1.5 years hiatus at the peak of their powers in 2019-2020 and then 2020-2022.

Even releasing just one more album in between these 2 hiatuses will do only good for both the company and Blackpink

Im sure debuting in YG has helped Blackpink in many ways, but we also have to look from the other perspective that because of YG they are not as big as they could've gotten

2ne1 and Blackpink are DIFFERENT

Except for being 4-member GG and csrry that YG swag vibe, they are vastly different. People that keep jumping on the bandwagon that BP is the prettier version of 2ne1, i bet they never even listen to both groups in deep.

If Blackpink hadn’t exploded like they did, they wouldn’t have even lasted 3 years before disbanding.
