Because VIPs have been so good-natured about my hating
While the song choice is divisive to say the least, I really can't help but love how much creativity and effort went into the MV
(Best played with audio muted)
Except for the ending that makes use of snapshots, the MV is filmed in one continuous take. I have a deep appreciation for those kinds of MVs because I've seen first hand how much coordination and controlled chaos goes into it and I've always wished kpop music videos would take on more diverse methods of cinematography and editing. There are some other music videos that are also technically oneshot like EXO's Growl, SVT's Lilili Yabbay, GD's Untitled 2014 etc but those are mostly just dancing/standing and on the lower end effortwise, and others that have some deceptive cuts in them like BTS's Dope, MMM's Woohoo.
Some other good ones I've found
A popular one that's not kpop
And a group that's known more for their inventive, elaborate mvs than their music tbh
There will be no further G-Dragon appreciation threads
