Loona used to be really popular on twitter but they now have 100K sales, so idk if that counts.

I think "only famous on Twitter" (or Twitter famous) just means that they're popular online (not only on Twitter). So someone who gets a lot of buzz online but not a lot of sales?

There's not many groups that fit that criteria since the west only talks about the first and second tier groups for the most part i.e. successful groups. It depends on specfics too? In an absolute sense or relative?
