    She should’ve told them to remain neutral at least in the public eye


    In the case of NJ, Mhj may be the head of the group but Hybe remains the main company where they work.


    NJ said they supported her willingly, not under pressure, which is exactly what MHJ wants.

    She wants them to publicly show their support to beat Hybe, without considering the consequences for NJ if it fails

    And now what happens, she's fired and kids are bullied

    if NewJeans members wouldn't talk, and would normally interact with other HYBE groups, and post photos, videos and challenges


    you know what will happen? half of that "public sentiment" for MHJ if not more would be gone, because Knetz would see that NewJeans and everyone else are just talking, being friendly, or maybe even being FRIENDS


    so from random person perspective it would just be MHJ vs HYBE


    and thus as it is in any war scenario the more allies you have the better chances you have

    Even now, MHJ's actions seem more focused on protecting herself than on genuinely considering NewJeans' interests. It’s clear that her main motivations involve a mix of ego and greed, particularly concerning the financial stakes, the put option. She claimed she wanted to prevent NewJeans from doing the YouTube live, but at the same time, she’s been coaching and pushing them to go through with giving Hybe the ultimatum, which should had been addressed to Ador since Hybe is not involved with demoting MHJ as CEO, it was Ador BOD.

    Watching the live video, it’s clear that the members are out of their depth when it comes to the business side of things, just reading off the scripts. I had hoped Hybe could guide them through this, but it seems increasingly unlikely if they’re not open to listening. They seem resistant to giving the new ADOR management a fair chance because they’re used to a controlled and manipulated environment under MHJ and her associates. This helps explain their previous exclusivity with other Hybe artists as well. The professional approach of the new management feels foreign and unsettling to them, making it hard for them to adapt. However, if they want to move beyond the MHJ world, they need to embrace change, as it seems MHJ is intent on dragging them down with her or will she let Hybe to have them either.

    NJ is smart enough to realize that MHJ is a devil herself, but she's a devil who they are comfortable with and can trust at a certain level. Meanwhile everyone else at HYBE sees NJ as enemies they want to get rid off, SourceMusic, BELIFT, Pledis, BSH, they all have their own groups and favorites, and that doesn't include NJ. They will get bullied and sabotaged because it is in the interest of those pro-HYBE entities for NJ to fail so their groups can take more of the market share.

    I've always supported newjeans but ever since debut era I've been getting these shady vibes, she tells media she signed deal with Hybe because other offers didn't give her enough creative freedom and then she proceeds to brag about doing it all alone without anyone's support, she inserted herself in the promo of newjeans' since the day 1 . I get the need to create the hype by using her previous works, but she legit acts like 6th member of newjeans'. Not only this, her entire press conference was her downplaying the hate she caused other groups to receive, comparing newjeans with other big groups and bragging about it. She's shady and full of herself, she's too much like bang pd but with more brain cells.
