I've meant it in a way that you get used to seeing person A and like the face. Suddenly after nose surgery the person looks different, like there is this weird feeling. This person is familiar but why he/she looks unfamiliar?
If you were a trainee would you get plastic surgery to debut?

Yes. Some big boobs, a BBL and I'm ready to conquer the world.

never...
and also am I the only one thinking that nose surgeries are actually the ones which ruin persons look the most?

I'd probably need PS just to become a trainee lol

I'm gonna be honest I was one of those people that thought nayeon's new set of teeth were photoshopped on at first
as for nose jobs, I think it's harder to notice. I do notice when idols natural noses tell their lineage. like Heejin's nose (artms). It's these details that add a rich sort of importance to one's original looks. If she got a nosejob I would definitely notice then. But if it wasn't quite obvious from beginning to end, again, I'd have a hard time finding out. -
So, if they did surgeries before debuting and that was the face you've always known, they wouldn't look weird to you?

ah nah overall
nose surgery are the easiest to be 'visible'
especially when pre-debut, childhood photos of idol are posted

No because once you have surgery for the first time, Then you want to do it again unless you have restraint within yourself. This topic somehow reminds me of coloring my hair by using hair dye. Once the color slowly starts to fade away you right away want to dye it again but this time by using a different shade or just use the same brand. I tend to dye my hair with a different color each time due to being bored with the current color after awhile. So I guess it all just depends on the person. Not sure if it can be an addiction though lol anyhow that was my TED Talks.

yes, assuming they go to a legit plastic surgeon. Too many skimp out and look even worse post surgery.
