Why did Lisa and Jennie never form a duo?

Sure, I say that all the time, they are more like co-workes that need to go along. It's like real life, you get along with some co-worker better than others. It's few you are really friends with if anyone.

I have not clue if the are rivals or not to be honest, but I get the feeling their are some kind of rivality at least between them. That don't need to mean they are not get along, just that I would guess Lisa get better along with some of the other members maybe.....

Well im just doing a lot of assuming but Jennie is a born and raised Korean (well not entirely, she lived in NZ, but yea) who lives in Korea and that seems to be where she wants to remain. She's also pursued acting.

Lisa is Thai and living in America ( I think?). Given her recent full english comeback and having signed with an American label, Id guess her goal is the west/more global.

So I dont think its anything to do with how good of friends they are or some rivalry, they are simply different people. And I mention the different nationalities as I would expect that to have some degree of influence on their goals.

They were rarely had comeback as a group

So many potential within Blackpink, if they have promoted duo in Black pink channel, the world will collapse Ala pink venom release, the last event, very hyped big comeback in kpop.

Jennie would move to Hollywood in an instant if she thought she had a real chance of breaking into the business there. Sadly for her she already squandered that opportunity.

Being rivals isn't bad, because having a rival can help you perform better. Doesn't matter if it's Music, sport or anything.
