ITZY definitely, they debuted during the heyday of BTS, Twice, BP, EXO and others, then the competition was much tougher and to show such a result was something outstanding.

It's true that Itzy didnt usher in the rise of 4th gen...that was and will always be Next Level, which dealt a mortal blow to and singlehandedly sent the 2nd and 3rd gen juggernauts into early hiatus. Helped of course by the dastardly conspiracy to take down Izone who was casting a shadow over all of 4th gen and not allowing any 4th gen groups to shine until they were finally taken down.

However, Dalla Dalla was the first shot across the bow. A real warning shot that 3rd gen was living on borrowed time. One could argue that it outperformed KTL and Fancy in Korea and only lost to BWL overall.
