This is too much. if I try to attempt this I will die

What I managed to do yesterday:
- 200 jumping jacks
- Plank crawl to ANTIFRAGILE
- 65 Leg raises
- 100 crunches
- 120 bicycle crunches
- 60 squat jumps
I can see some muscles already
My waist measurements also went down 2cm (went from 65cm to 63cm)
My inner legs hurt sm from the jump squats. I wonder if this means I’ll loose inner thigh fat

I mean, I won’t do the burpees bc for now it’s too much for me (I do 200 jumping jacks instead)

I’ve done something similar before, where I committed to daily workouts leading up to an event. It really helped me stay on track. If you’re looking to boost your energy or recovery, I’ve been using some supplements from biaxol.co.uk that helped me get through tough days. Just take it one day at a time, and don't be too hard on yourself—progress is progress!

Good luck

I see it's been a while since you posted, but I just wanted to ask—did you keep going with the workout after the 2.5 weeks? I'm curious if you noticed any long-term results or if you switched it up after. Also, for anyone else who tried parts of the routine, did you modify anything to make it easier or more fun?

when following fitness or workout routines, paying attention to nutrition and drink choices helps a lot too. i’ve found https://brewmenuus.com/ useful since it lists the seven brew menu with full details and nutritional info, which makes it easier to decide what fits into a plan.

hope it works out
