I'm the biggest critic of the infantilizing Kpop fans do "for" their idols.
With that disclaimer out of the way, even i have to sideeye him a little bit, his hand is definitely a little low. It's not cupping or squeezing her ass or anything gross like that, it's just resting a little too low for my tastes

I think it's a questionable thing even in the West, although most people wouldn't think of it twice.. but in Korean culture this is obviously way out of line so definitely should not have done it just because of that.
At the same time I feel bad for the dude, he seems very nervous and probably was thinking "fuck, how do I make this not seem awkward"
