Damn BTS is in a whole other league

Unfortunately, given the way things are going, it seems the 1,345 years old will reach #1 sometime in 2035.

BTS have 2 or 3 more comebacks remaining,

EXO and Twice won't be able to add any more,

And SNSD and BigBang have effectively disbanded.

Whyknock never expected Lee Jieun would overtake SNSD, but that is now in the horizon.

EXO and Twice will be able to tack on wins over the years; EXO won 2 this year and that was with only one week of promotions. IU will probably catch them (them being Twice and EXO) eventually tho.

IU is actually impressive. She doesn't even promote much on music shows and she doesn't sell as much albums as most groups.

It's sad that Exo and Twice fell out of favor of many of the public because they still have quite good songs. I am not surprised of Bts leading and I think they won't lose popularity as drastically as other boybands who went to military so I am hopeful they still will get the attention of people with future comebacks. IU is truly the sweatheart of kpop. I think as a soloist JK have promising future. :)
