I get that keena is getting paid since she is the only one whose contract is still valid but won't it be kinda illegal to not pay rest of the 3 members since those 3 also have worked too even though they ain't in company anymore?

If Keena is getting paid, is because the revenues now are greater than the debt.
But withholding the money until lawsuits are settled could be normal practice.

it doesn't necessarily mean revenues > debts...
she could have been given special consideration just as the other members may have their special consideration in that rather than chasing them for money the CEO just choose to forgive their debts...

"look I understand how much money this is costing attrakt and me personally and I want to show my forgiving nature towards the (other three members) by not only not pursuing them for damages but attrakt will now forgive all of their trainee debts"
he would win so much credibility and public brownie points and goodwill...basically setting himself up for 5050 version 2...
