Why is there such a diference between forum comments and allkpop article comments?

To be honest I don't even read akp articles unless somebody post them here.

AKP article comment section seems like a free for all, like Pannchoa which definitely is the worst (Pannchoa kinda reminds me of the worst anon flame/hate threads).

I think it's because there's no / limited moderation there compared to here...
