Organically being able to peak at #12 in Korea in the first 2.5 weeks after a Title Track is released is really good.

Unless youre referring to Ditto - OMG - Super Shy - ETA. 2 of those didnt hit #1 (blocked by themselves). Or now we are counting by comeback? Then newjeans has at least one #1 each era

One per release, so 3 out of 3.

but if we do all "main titles" then yes, NJ blocked it self from a few #1 spots.

#1 or not really isn't important since there are songs that wouldn't even be top five most of the year that can get #1 during empty houses, and there are songs released in the peak of the year that only peak at top five but could easily be a #1 hit during the rest of the year.
