Did KAKAO overvalued Starship?

what's your opinion on this?

even if we consider recognized brand name, building + all contracts I don't think that Kakao Starship "share pack" is worth 75M USD

especially when we think that some of actors/actresses like Lee Kwangsoo, Chae Soobin, others, and older artists might easily leave in near future to join other companies and what then?

That would basically be like paying 75M USD for IVE because none of other groups generate sales which allow them to fully breath knowing that they are bringing more revenue than the 'production cost' of MV, album (music+boxes)

It's not like I totally don't know anything about them, I actually love their energy on festivals

and I also wrote this post as WJSN fan having Yeoreum as my profile photo so relax, like I even considered here that some of WJSN members are signed as actresses so I basically said they also might leave because during renewal contracts are actually shorter than 7 years, you are mostly offered 3, maybe 4 year deals.
