I assume that means that Lim Young hasn’t come out with an album in awhile.
Thank you Jesus.

like I said before
these things are cyclical, as new ggs pass their rookie sparkly days the gp moves on, it could move to other new ggs, to solos, to trot singers, to hiphop again etc
but it's always changing and the context in which they are determines that, 3r gen had it rise then 2019 come and affected that to some degree along with those popular ggs at that time starting to grow older
The same for 2nd, group get older, the gp moves to other things, new groups debut, they catch attention and the cycle repeats
I think is all about the music now not so much concepts
Do you really think so?
I think that whole generation is over in Korea. The acts from before 2018 are all passing into legend it seems one by one. Even IU, i dont think her comeback later this year if it happens will have the same impact as her last great hit (Celebrity). We already saw her losing steam with Strawberry Moon and her collabs with Suga and Jay Park didnt last long on the charts. I dont think she will top I AM's 580k UL peak.
If there's one thing AKMU knows how to do, it's pump out a hit. Everyone and their mother was covering Nakka, and that wasn't even one of their biggest hits
I do. They're both pop.
Thank you for that utterly worthless description.

You're welcome.
Hey, do you know why they call it Kpop?
Because it's pop. Made in South Korea. The K stands for Korea. And it's pop music.
Just thought you would like to know.

Yeah, and pop is a worthless descriptor of musical genres.
Industry Baby and Levitate are both pop songs.
But if you ask what they are beyond being pop, one is a Big Band Rap song and the other is Nu-disco
