It's actually funny you say that, because Taeyeon allows herself to be seen with little to no makeup unusually often for an idol, and I feel like that's when the differences in her appearance are most visible. It's when she's all dolled up that she more closely resembles her former self.

No, not everyone does those things. Plastic surgery isn't something you order from a menu. There's no Taeyeon Special being offered at Seoul's clinics (Yes, I know certain Aespa members just popped into your head. Stop it.) It has to be a personalized affair if you want good results, and believe it or not, there are some idols who even forgo having any major procedures at all.

btw i wouldnt call it the taeyeon special but there's definitely an SM special, or a kpop special
mostly includes shaving your jaw, narrowing your nose and adding chin filler for a pointy chin
basically trying to look like chinese fantasy art
weirdly enough, the idols usually acknowledged to be the prettiest, do not go for these procedures BUT the idols with these procedures usually get more hardcore fandoms and solo status than classical beauties
