Even if Fifty Fifty does end up being one hit wonders, their career is still better than 90% of the Kpop

  • Sorry am I missing something?? What is the Moral here, what is that supposed to mean?

Aha take on me is still popular and those vocals are still celebrated to this day? Its being used in a commercial for a huge act, even though its an old song? He is still performing it just fine?

That's just goes with what Dreamer is trying to say here

  • You're 180 wrong on this, history remembers one hit wonders more than it does artists who sell albums. I know who Aha are because of Take On Me and I don't know any other singer from Norway, let alone who was selling most albums. I know O-Zone but nothing else about Moldovan music scene.

Those 400-800k sales become 40-80k in 10 years, fans get old, move on. Meanwhile hit songs will go on to live for decades.

I agree that one hit wonders can be remembered a long time.

Aha had lots of hits in the UK so don't see them as a onehit wonder, but depends on the country you're in, I guess :-)
