Twice wasn't originally going to be the finale for Billboard

Even with the mic issues Jihyo still shined.

I had no idea that's how these decisions were made sometimes. I honestly thought it was all negotiations that managers and staff made. The performance deserved. But Billboard should've hooked them up with better mics.

I would go that far. It wasn't just the dead mics. Were you watching the livestream? It was muted for a long while, and then started to cut out just as their performance got underway. Unwatchable amateur hour. If they hadn't uploaded the show to their channel after the fact, no one would have even seen the performance.
