Selling off his shares was the big thing but SME should have accomodated LSM but their sh*t move to try to outvote him by selling shares was short sighted.

Let's be honest here, LSM was in charge of a Company that threatened Networks in blocking (JYJ) or promoting their Groups. Actually Yang Hyun Suk (YG) was the same in that regard but both got f*cked up with BTS and TWICE as those Networks didn't need SME or YGE.

LSM needed to be out, but the way they handled his exit wasn't good at all.

They should have pushed him out slowly instead of trying to ghost him.

LSM was fine, he got blamed for a lot of things that he wasn't involved with, basically the same as JYPark and YG.

But SME's current tactic to milk their old Idols instead of given aespa a comeback had nothing to do with LSM, sure he wanted to plant trees but his record to commit and obsess to new Groups ensured that thier newest groups got the prime light.
