The capacity of the dome is 55K for sporting events.
It is less for concerts since a section of the arena is not used, but people are allowed on the field, so that evens it out a little.
Still I think for concerts the capacity stated is 45K, depending on the set up.
So the 75K number is probably for the 2 days.

According to this it is the PIA arena [10K] for 2 days (4 shows) then Kobe World Hall [8K] for 2 days (4 more shows)

They sold 72k seats in total afaik bc theyre gonna have 8 concerts 1 already done
So now doing tokyo dome is more than possible for them, esp if the main capacity is 55k like you said
