The Problem isnt the vocal ability but the use of it. Yuju, mamamoo or Brave Girls did sang live.

Nowadays they edit the vocals even if its not necessary or even not ment to be. For example the encore isnt supposed to be serious. Some groups even do challenges for their fandoms. But today they even edit the encore instead of only let the Girls sing to the instrumentals. Or even if they go to sing on a radio station they edit it. Whats the use in that? They can just play the studio version then.

Or those Performances with live Bands.

Nowadays usually only some groups from small companies let their artists sing live.

Also it doesnt say much about 4th Gen vocal abilities. Because veterans who have proofen themself countless times like taeyeon do have the same issues.

Yes. The Problem is not their ability. We do habe some good 4th Gen vocals. Lily haewon and some other smaller groups vocalists are very good too.

Talent dont just disapear. But whats the use if we barely hear it?

In 3rd Gen newly debuted groups tried to Show their abilities. like Twice worked super hard on their singing to not get crucified by the audience. Today the groups dont even try or need to. Since 90% of success is caused by sns and superficiality.
