PC, laptop, tablet, tv gaming console, or handheld - which one do you prefer?

I grew up owning a DS and later on DSi but I also played a lot on my computer

These days I only play on my phone and my Switch

i like laptop, good for gaming and i can also use it anywhere...also can use it for work

Computer/mobile

must be useful first and foremost.

Console. Big TV, surround sound and a comfy sofa makes for a great experience.

PC or laptop for me

My PS5 and widescreen TV.

My top choices would be PC and a console as I consider those offer the very best experience.

Currently I only play on a PC but I used to play on a laptop for years, which can also be very capable but if you are going to be gaming mainly on a computer and don't need the portability a desktop computer is the better device.

Portable consoles can also be good but currently I don't like a lot the nintendo switch, the steam deck seems interesting and there are plenty of handhelds dedicated to play retro games.

I think it depends on the game. I used to only play on console - then only on mobile - then only on the computer. But why would you pick Laptop over a desktop gaming? Even when I play visual novels it hurts my wrist to click/space/enter repeatedly.

PC and the TV. i dont like handheld at all.
