Groups that are/were mistreated by their companies?

SNSD. Their 10th anniversary was the most blatant and direct sabotage I've ever seen in any form of entertainment. Also originally for their 15th SM was only willing to give them a single and that was it, the members had to push SM really hard to get an album.

In terms of content I don’t think any sm group is mistreated fans just complain because they get a kick out of it.

But their trainee system and how they overwork their idols is definitely extremely concerning imo. I remember when Lay said they used to be ranked everyday in their trainee system and their rank would be called out. There were things like signing and dancing but also things like looks.

Sechskies. They were overworked and released 4 albums in a 24 month span, which was almost unheard of in the 90's
