Why do you think not？

Over here we have had quite a few burger, fried chicken and pizza chains from the US for decades, but Taco Bell has never been here..

did anyone try to wrap taco stuffings in a bigger tortilla like burrito?

perhaps it would not have been a taco anymore but you dont get hands dirty as much. hard shell taco cant be done like this tho.
