In another interview “If the debut album showcased NewJeans’ summer, this single album will be one that showcases NewJeans’ winter.”

So I agree maybe not even the pre-release but even the actual album will have a ballad title which would indeed be very strange
Or it could be mostly instrumental focused with little singing

Her words kind of make me concerned that their style may change too much. They have a great style and concept, so I hope they don’t stray too far from their original sound.
Yeah, I doubt it, they said their concept is their music after all, sincere music and all that so it will probably be not so "OFF THE WALL WACKY!"
