Many small and midtier groups rely on Korea. But overall it only makes 10% of the Kpop Money. So most people dont care since it dont affect the big companies.

It was another time for aoa. groups like gfriend, mamamoo, Momoland could also be popular. 4th Gen dont have a single group that got popular only because of good or cute music so the GP tunes in for them. Nowadays they all need the industry and fandom support.
