ive been having bad panic attacks at work

i let my worst impulses take over when im in a bad mental state,,,,,,,,,,, ive been trying my best to control it but its haywire right now. i cant think properly.

im home now, i cant say im all okay because it would be a lie to say im not struggling right now, but ill be okay if that makes sense.
