I havent said being clean shaven considered feminine. If u see my other post I even said I dont like beard too much because of poor hygiene. And literally every man I know shave their beard and I dont think they are feminine for doing it so.

I have just said korea loves feminine beauty. Having beard makes someone more masculine, but male idols dont go for masculine image hence no beard.

It generally looks better on older men who are over 30. Most idols are in their teens and twenties, and only a few can rock a beard at that age.

In my opinion, it depends on the person. Some men look better with it, some don't. I don't have one preference.
