Yes. I've successfully wiped out pretty sizable chunks of the worst of it, but if I could just completely erase some of the worst moments of my life, I'd take it in a heartbeat.
-
-
Yes half of them
-
there are things that I wish didn't happen to me
but then again I realise that those things made me who I am today so without those things I wouldn't be who I am now
-
Lots of them.

Yes, quite a few... I usually don't think about that, but if something makes me remember them (especially ONE) I can stay depressed for a few days...

All of 7th grade probably

I agree with selfmate overall that these incidents do shape who you are etc. However, there are a few incidents I saw and experienced that that I wish were removed - it still gives me anxiety and makes me sick if I dwell on it.
I hope eventually that you get over those things and hopefully they don't trigger as much in the future

Thank you. I did get some counseling and it didn't help much becuse talking about it was also re-triggering but the guidance was reaffirmation that I did my best. Since then, I am more careful - I know the triggers and stay away from them - and started meditation when I do get triggered and it's helped a lot. Although meditation in itself is hard...sometimes I just fall asleep lol
