I think I'm having an allergic reaction, but I'm not sure what to do

  • I was on a run, and my chest started to feel really constricted, and I couldn't breathe well (still having a bit of trouble with it.) My nose and throat feel kind of weird and dry, and I'm lightheaded. I was nauseous earlier today, and threw up in my mouth, but I thought that was just something that I ate.

Not sure if this is the inflated level of caffeine I had today mixed with hypochondria. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms.

Side note: I'm an American, and it's nighttime here, as well as my dad's birthday, so please don't tell me to go to the hospital or something ;(

  • drink some water, and if you still feel the same tell someone, your health is more important than a birthday ;judgingpepe:

  • when did you eat compare to your run?

this is why people shouldn't have to tip before the service is finished :pepe-cut:

  • ummm...make sure someone is around - family/friends etc etc so if you pass out or something that someone is close by to assist...

rest and relaxation - check your body for any signs of hives or other discomfort itchiness???
