She definitely has an attractive look about her.
As for OP's question, i think the problem is that Izone has a very strong visual line in Sakura, Minju, and Hyewon (the latter two are really moving up the visual list right now). Plus there are definitely some strong stan attractors in the second tier as well including Wonyoung and Chaewon.
The other problem could be that because Izone is filled with so many young kids, average age seems to be like 20 at most, it makes Eunbi look "mature" in comparison, even though she's pretty damn young as well, i think she's like Mina or Lisa's age. But as the leader of such a young crew, she can come off older than she is.

Actually she is at same age than Blackpink Jisoo. She have 9 years difference between Won Young. She is relatively older, but maybe that make her more attractive to me.
