Not surprising now that Putin has gotten to the point of calling on reservists to throw their lives away in his war. The average male citizen might be fearing they will be next. Not to mention the lives they've already lost. Putin might not know when he's lost, but the people of the nation sure do. He's done enough harm and needs to peacefully surrender himself for trial and execution and not be such a sore loser.
