It could be iron deficiency (anemia), but also could be other things like low blood pressure, malnutrition, diabetes, or even dehydration.

Problem with posting here is, our guess is as good as yours. We don't know your medical history, we don't have lab results and even if we do, is there anyone here that could correctly read it for you? We obviously couldn't prescribe you any drugs and we're just basing off the little amount of information you have given. So aside from giving you encouragements, there's not a lot that we can really do.

It’s worth getting it checked out. My daughter suffers from low iron and she was complaining of feeling giddy all the time and like she was going to pass out. She was always tired too. She used to be vegetarian but now eats meat and her levels have gone up.
