exactly!! and the fact that they still peaked top 10 on all charts with a bside charting just as good shows the public is still eating up anything aespa put out
once SM gives them a song with proper structure and less experimental sounds it's over
alot of people don't see how their favs benefit from being bland and not taking risks
-
Now the question is, is it really worth to take the risk?
AESPA GOT LUCKY BECAUSE THEY CAME FROM SM AND WITH SM RESOURCE THEY GOT THE PRIVILEGE TO 'TAKE A RISK'
See JYP, Nmixx take the risk but they failed on the first try but they are still doing fine. It's because they came from big company. Now imagine aespa came from a company like mld or some unknown company. Do they also dare to 'take a risk'?

fans love to brag about their faves records when they release a basic pop song after another while downplaying aespa's risks and success

oh lol i thought you were supporting my first comment
cos I replied to "once SM gives them a song with proper structure and less experimental sounds it's over"
genuine question, do you think the songs you posted have proper structure and less experimental sounds .......

right? i'm here for the good catchy music first and then visuals
i'm not going to let you assault my ears and the charts everywhere show people dgaf about any trash ass experiments aespa has to offer. They were here for Red Velvet's Red Flavor and Bad Boy/Psycho though. Even FMR did better streaming wise lmao
first it was their album sales excuse and now "At LeAsT tHeY eXpErIeNcE anD ArE nOt AfRaId" as to why no one cares about them across the globe.
Aespa are not 4th gen leaders. They can't lead with only album sales and flopping in charting domestically and globally(not even in the country that bought the most of their albums).
Meanwhile Ive didn't do a thing about their us promotions and already got 300k streams there and over 2m streams globally. They are the true 4th gen leaders for now
