sorry i didn't see the list
Anyways since you said your up for discussion(this is more of an observation):
I agree with you that txt is doing better overall. Its hard to deny that. But I think that this is because they have a most even concentration of fans out of all 4th gen bgs. All the other bgs that are around their level have a lopsided fanbase. skz and atz have most of their fandom as international fans, while tbz have more korean fans. I've noticed that in the case of skz and atz their fandoms overcompensate for lack of korean fans by exclusively buying from places that count for first day/first week sales and hanteo/gaon. This is allows them to be able to get music show wins without good charting. But the downside is it neglects international achievements. Moas don't have to do this because of how nicely distributed the fandom is. Kmoas can focus on korea and imoas can focus on international goals.
I'm not trying to discredit anyone but its just an observation I had.
Korea
Possible: The Boyz
Japan
BG: TXT, EN-/GG: ITZY, NiziU
Possible: Treasure
West (NA, SA, Europe, Australia)
Possible: ATEEZ, ITZY
the only thing i don't understand is why treasure in maybe

I have noticed this, I think this is why TXT is underestimated. Because they have a balance, their I-fandom is ignored for the most part and when we hit big goals, people are shocked.
TXT have physicals and decent votes for music shows, but they get fucked because the groups they come back with have better digitals than them. Like Twice and NU'est.

They haven't released an album there.
EN- has 100k sales on Oricon without debuting, I can't ignore that. I'm personally waiting to see how Treasure's debut JP album does before including them for sure.

I definitely agree with you for the music show part. I expected them to have more music show wins because of how strong they are overall but bighit keeps giving them comeback dates at inconvenient times. I'm glad we can have a nice discussion like this.

don’t mean to derail the thread a bit but just couldn’t help myself. Your discussion with Massive is enlightening - specially on how evenly distributed TXT fandom seems to be (something that hasn’t occurred to me) and IMO that probably explains how they can chart relatively high along with senior groups on various metrics across different but relevant country music charts (SK, Japan and US). I find it ironic that it also somewhat explains why I have this impression that they are underestimated (purposely or otherwise). Anyways, to go back on topic, I think for now using current stats:
SK/Japan/US = definitely TXT and maybe other groups but I’m not familiar with the others so I’ll reserve my opinion as to who these groups are specifically.
Nice discussion Massive and Yunhosupremacist!
