Favorite Ballad:

Why: I like the beat. It's slow, but not too slow, and it has gentle and not quite as soft parts too, so it doesn't all sound the same and start to blend together. I also love that they got to show off their lovely vocals so well. Lastly, the lyrics melt my heart. I want a relationship like this so bad! Talk about true love. I can't shut up about how good this song is, and I never will. Also, if you're not in a relationship this pure, get out of it because you deserve better.

Favorite Non-Ballad:

Why: So many reasons, where do I even start? I really love how creative it is. Including the door shutting in the beginning was perfect. You don't hear that in many K-Pop songs. It makes it sound like they're finally in private, so they're dropping their mask and silently crying. Or someone is abandoning them and walking away and that's the final straw to what is making them cry. Whatever the reason, they're crying quietly.

However, they notice that this person is upset and instead of ignoring them, they comfort them. They say: "I'm okay" for you when you don't want to talk about what's wrong to other people, they try to heal your heart, they let you know it's okay to be sad and encourage you to let it all out, they offer to wipe your tears away, it's just so good! Listening to it feels like getting a warm hug.

I also love how upbeat the tempo is. It's like the upbeat tempo is masking the sad lyrics, similarly to how the person they're talking about is putting on a smile and pretending to be happy when they're not. Plus, it you didn't know the lyrics, it would sound like a great song to energetically dance to, and it is. These types of songs are one of my weaknesses. All in all, it's a perfect song with so much symbolism and I truly have exactly zero complaints about it.
