When people try to show their “concern” for NJ but stay silent for literally every other group from old groups to new groups you know it’s not because they’re truly here for their “social justice”, they’re just here to undermine a group that threatens their faves’ position. Maybe look around?? Yuna and jyp both were criticised for wearing that black stress during loco promo, Lesserafim got a lot of hate because kpop fans thought they were targeting "male audience" when their actual concept is girl boss. Kpop fans decided to not stan classy because members were minor. I can mention more, this ain't nothing new but min heejin crossed the limits by giving kids such an adult song.

Newjeans have done nothing outstanding besides the sales and yet their stans are acting like they are gonna defeat every top gg out there.
They haven't even defeated Eleven long term achievements yet, LD is soty, currently a wall even if they get to top3. Stop setting NJ up when they couldn't even chart like Lesserafim internationally.

No one is saying LD isn't soty. But it's not gonna stay on top of the charts forever, Attention is rising everyday and it will surpass LD at some point. This is not setting them up, just a realistic prediction. That doesn't take away LD's achievements.

Pls u mean that 5 seconds of outrage? Maybe the ones who should look around is you. Itzy and Lesserafim fans were dragged through the mud by the whole Kpop community and labelled as p*dos just for supporting the group. The hate that those groups got for their underage members isn't even close to the same backlash that New Jeans is receiving and you damn well know it.
As for Class:y the reason people aren't stanning them isn't because they are minors, it's because they are from a nugu company and nobody ever gives a damn about groups they know won't hit it big. The other reason is because their debut sucked. If you actually "looked around" you would have notice the many people who were interested in stanning Class:y and even watched their survival show but all of them vanish once Class:y fell off. Even so, Class:y is still doing decently in Korea and Knetz haven't given them half the shit they gave New Jeans in spite of Class:y being 10x worse. They key is Class:y being nugu af and not being a threat to anyone's fave so nobody cares. If they had, Class:y being nugu shouldn't stop them from trying to protect minors as they claim, unless their versions of protect minors is just another way of saying flopping.

Naur people are not defensive when MHJ gets called out. It’s when NJ fans are called creepy pedos and people wish that NJ flops and disbands for the “pedo content” that it gets laughably hypocritical and transparent. RV’s Ice Cream Cake was cricitized but their fans weren’t called pedophiles and the group didn’t receive nearly as much hate as NJ is getting. If your own fandom gets called pedos and creepy for unjust reasons you wouldn’t sit there and do nothing lmao give me a break
