First, SCANDAL had to reupload all their MVs in 2018 because Sony had their MVs blocked everywhere but in Japan.
Now they blocked again the international upload of Departure everywhere but in 3 countries.
They really like to make the life of international fans difficult.
SCANDAL left Sony in 2018 and founded their own label "her" but to left them go they had agree to a licensing deal with Sony, unfortunately when it comes to their old music they are at Sony's mercy, hopefully it get fixed soon, for example it wasn't until March of this year that they restored SCANDAL's catalog in the EU region
also i want to point out that Sony isn't the only recurring problem for SCANDAL, a few years ago Patty Smith snatched the music trademark for "SCANDAL" (although only the American registration) and started striking all the videos related to the band
that is one of the reasons they lost their original VEVO account, it used to be the international account of the band but now is full of Patty Smith's videos (her band is also called Scandal)
