Why didn't Jhope invite other idols to his listening party?

    Approved the thread.
  • It was a hiphop album??

  • i don't think idols are interested his album at all. that's not idols' music.

  • Because they are not friends and he forgot the memo that a listening party is normally for the industry and not just your five mates?

    Looked empty that party

  • He invited people from khh scene and dancers too. All people he associates with most.

  • also, he said he held that party to get feedbacks from his peers. what advice could idols give him? lol

  • He wanted talented artists, dancers, music makers, etc. So kpop idols don't qualify.

  • Better feedback than a dancer? An editor who already interviewed him?

    Gaeko?

some of the dancers there are the most talented dancers in SK. he is a dancer himself so it makes sense? the editor was there to cover the event for the interview.

you sounds bitter that he didn't invite your favs lol

  • Maybe he didn't want to invite them. Maybe he did invite them but they had other schedules and couldn't attend. Maybe he did but they just didn't want to attend.

None of us know for sure, it's all speculation. We don't get told everything.

  • Who said he was friends with any of those groups?

  • Bc he wanted genuine feedback of his artistry & since its a hiphop album, its normal to invite people who know about that stuff and people he really respects/likes.

But don't worry, knowing how much kpop likes to copy bts, you can expect Idols to start doing these kind of parties too. Maybe they will focus on inviting Idols?

    This is so funny

This was an invite-only pre release album party, not some influencer gig or a rave. Some of the biggest khh acts came, even the ones that are known to keep to themselves. Lmao kpoppies really know nothing about this stuff.

  • BTS are A list artists, you expect kpop fans to understand what that means and how people in those circles move? Don't be silly.

  • If he was friends with thsn he'd invited them just like HD did with Eunwoo, who's known more for acting.

  • Think bts sees themselves above other idols unless they are crazy popular like bb :/

While yes, in the stricktest sense, they are the top of the top. They are on par with artists like jb, Ariana & Drake, so yes they are above other idols.

That being said, why do y'all always try to force this image on them? They are probably few of the least pretentious A listers out there. So freaking what he didn't invite many idols (taeyang, Jessie & eunwoo were there). Most of them would probably see it more like an influencer thing instead of a music event anyway...

  • A BTS member as big as him can do whatever he wants. Imagine the clout idols will get being associated with bts.

Right. I never get why armys always feel the need to be superior when BTS themselves are very humble. They don't even act like A-list celebrities cause they're so lowkey and not elitist.

because Kpoppies always find a way to disregard /bash them so they need constant reminders from Army.

yes, army always think of bts as superior, but that's literally what any kpop fan thinks of their group.

i was talking about antis forcing the "they feel above other idols" image... they are, but they never show that.

  • idk maybe their schedules overlapped? Eunwoo and Taeyang were there so I don't think he had something against idols or anything like that

  • Thanks for that, at least I don't need to see kpopies crying that their innocent faves being tainted by bts for getting drunk at his party :p
