RE : People who hate digipaks and member versions

I hate member versions. I think making the members compete against each other for the most sales is very unhealthy.

Member versions are cool. Digipacks are stupid, tacky and wasteful

Sure. But it creates an imbalance between the member who will sell all the copies with their face on it and those who won't. There's already enough of that in kpop, we don't need to add an extra layer with member versions.

Honestly we are at a point where companies should stop selling albums and start selling collectible card booster packs instead. Stop selling cds that nobody listens to anyway, stop selling physical versions that are bulk bought for the pcs then thrown away.

Just sell photocards in randomly assorted booster packs and that's it. It could then become the new criteria to gauge a group's success ie. how many booster packs they sold.

Am I the only who love the photobook in the albums?

People keep talking about sell the photocards separately, I have touched my cards when I got them and put them in a sleeve thing. That’s it. But the photobook is on my shelve and looked through them multiple times because the photos are so pretty. I literally choose the version based on the photobook…

I mean they could sell that separately too… I would buy it.

honestly yg doesn't even have to do digipacks, just do member versions of bp next album and akgaes will fight as to who can get the most sales.
