I haven't really listened to much of their stuff since years ago when a friend gave me a whirlwind cursory tour of an album or two.
Other than my couple favorites from them (The Reason, etc.)
Imo start with where it all started

It has alot of mid tempo songs which I think will suit your taste

If I can contribute to the conversation, I would suggest 2015 "Odd" too - It's nice to start with the very first album like Lulu said, but I feel like Odd was an evolution of their RnB sound they had going on in their first projects - let's be clear, they never stopped releasing rnb song, but I would say that 2009 to 2013 was the time where they experimented a lot with various kinds of music too (especially in 2013) and I always felt Odd like an evolution to their very first album. So in my humble opinion, it would be cool to listen to these two in sequence to experience the growth
