its partly true, BP's inactivity is giving opportunities to newer ggs
also gg stans are more open to stanning other ggs and ggs can appeal gp and casual listeners more so

They arent technically wrong idk why people think there is a unlimited market of people who listen and buy kpop goods. Of course groups compete for these fans. When looking at 3 of the 4 top gg of last two years BP is extremely inactive, izone disbanded, and rv had the irene scandal and was pretty inactive as well. Makes since 4th gen gg blew up faster because newer fans arent going towards these 3 groups as much.

Digipack is this
You have a cd, photocards and folded poster. It's for individual members, basically if you want to be sure to get your bias photocards, you buy a digipack. And price is between 8-12$ .
For Aespa they have 6 digipack versions, 4 members, 1 group version and 1 target exclusive.

Exactly. They have spotify numbers, touring numbers, charted on the 10 biggest music markets etc.. people should just ignore the trolls or 4th generation GG fans who want to compare. Let's wait for BP comeback.

But RV, one of the most likely groups to have their fans cannibalized by Aespa are about to get their first ever x3 plat cert in a month or two.
That's like more than double their next best album.
Itzy sold like 550k, Ive 650k, LSG over 400k and Nmix nearly 500k....all the while Twice, RV and BP solos are also seeing their best ever sales.
Even more nugu groups are starting to sell 40 to 80 thousand copies regularly when years earlier groups of te same rank could barely breach 10 to 20 k.
I think being fair the market is obviously limited to a degree, tho I dont believe weve reached market saturation yet where a group going up means others will likely come down.
I mean look at Twice, they have 3 junior sister GGs being supported by similar fanbases and company stans yet Nayeon has better Kt4u numbers so far than any Twice album and in 2022 their legacy sales are over 500k(already higher than any full year earlier)
I think they would be pne of the main contenders in slowing down or losing sales?
depends on what you mean by coming down its without question if twice, rv, and bp announced disbandment tomorrow other groups would rise in popularity. Yes the market increased so the total number of fans increased but groups are still competing for these fans in majority of the new fans are going to groups such as aespa, ive, ssefarim because of the reasons i said above.
