Suing someone for dating scandals is kinda funny. Even normal people have dating scandals, I don’t think people would sue. Unless it affected their careers or safety. So far, this is just normal stuffs.

you sue when you know something is not true, and when they are on a private situation behind closed doors. But they were taking a plane together and in a car where everyone can see them, that is not a demand you will win, and it will give more coverage to the situation
