I think that would be a mistake kpop is loved because it is Korean precisely if companies start releasing albums in English then kpop will lose all its flavor. A flavor that is already much denatured with the increasingly massive use of large Western producers.
The language does not matter, Koreans listen to many songs in English it does not bother them.
Some may be here know this song and appreciate it and yet how many speak German?
A more recent example in Spanish this time :
The Korean language is not a barrier to the success of Korean artists, PSY demonstrated it with 'Gangnam Style'. The language is not the problem, and turned to songs all in English hoping to become more popular in this way it is for me laziness to avoid facing the real problem.
I think it depends but for K-pop groups it's useless
However solo acts can find success in it
Display Morenot the members that's for sure
so we either have
Teddy
YHS
GD
I'm thinking YHS is most expendable - teddy can still produce music GD might or might not be Jennie's bf and we always need a song leaker!!!
Definitely YHS
A fitting end for a controversial figure.
He will be remembered fondly by blinks moving forward lol

Maybe? It depends if the US/international market become more lucrative. Rn the idol system don't seem remotely popular in the west so I doubt it is happening... but I wouldn't see it as weird, it would be just like when non-english speaking acts release english albums, they're just targeting a more lucrative and expansive audience. No one complains about ABBA releasing full english albums despite being a swedish group.
if its more profitable, yeah
