Well maybe. But JYP did the same thing to Hyunjin. I dont think its good for her nor the case to keep promoting when this is such a hot topic right now. People are already picking clips of her and twisting to their own narrative. That could be avoided. Why not solve things first instead of waiting for things to grow out of proportion?

investigate and clean her image first. that would also to protect her image and give space to doubt because its harder for people to hate what they cant see. Once things slow down and issues are cleared, make her promote again and she would probably be more welcomed by koreans.

Its definitely delicate, maybe even if that happened knetz could see it as a proof that shes guilty. But truth is people that already wanted to see her as guilty have ammo now. This might not be the only nitpicked and twisted scene from now on. If theres one thing i learned in kpop is that people love a female rumored bully to pick narratives from videos. That happened to Irene, Jimin, April, T-ara... And its really unhealthy to feed the hate with videos like that.
