And if the appeal goes well (which I think it should), the results can come of in may/june.
If thing go well, we may get a njz comback this summer before the main lawsuit is over.
But I wonder can NJZ win the lawsuit on the 5th june? Like what is gonna happen that day? Do we get results?
Hold on, the same judge who filed the injunction will be the appeal judge? lol I know different countries have different systems, but isn't the entire purpose of appeal court that someone else reviews the case?

whilst true no legal system is perfect - what is the alternative?
we have multiple parties involved (hybe, ador, belift, source, MHJ, NJ, their parents, various employees, shamans etc etc)
and each of them having different perspectives and opinions as to who is right and who is wrong - hell even in this thread we have people with differing opinions.
What system would you use to determine right and wrong - who would be the arbiter of disputes?
what if a court decides something that you don't agree with - does that mean you go on about how "obviously the court's decision is wrong and I'm right"
I've always said especially in regards to this situation - all the information released to the public is tainted and biased - from both sides - they release information in furtherance of their own cause - ador isn't going to release a video showing the a manager saying **** Hanni ignore her...NJ ain't releasing correspondence that they are meeting with third party investors and outside labels (if such things exist at all). And therefore again the issue becomes what information thus amounts to evidence? and who is the person to determine whether information presented amounts to evidence
I mean "this is the best we have" isn't really a convincing argument for me.

Be fucking serious, it's a country known for people dying from overwork, of course the courts that allow that would allow whatever "minor inconvenience" NJZ went through. Fuck anyone who aligns with such system, especially the ones who do so over a Kpop battle. Workers rights is a much bigger issue than your grievance with NJZ over occupying the 16th or whatever the fuck floor that was.
