These last few days feel like a fever dream - Live Mantra performances by Jennie, Lisa on VS with new songs, Rosie with Bruno Mars?? with expected albums dropping soon from all 3 and Jisoo in early 2025.
None of the new releases match their BP images (neither sonically nor visually) - All of em building and exploring their individual images and killing it.
I remember the uncertainty and fear mongering there was with with their contract news and speculation, i am so glad they all are doing so well.
All the bad feelings are now gone and we are a big and happy fandom

Tbh I was a little nervous when they announced that they will continue their solo activities outside of YG.
There were many people who claimed these women do not care about being musicians and they will just do nothing or just do modeling or become dance teachers. Yet with all their solos so far, you can tell how much they love being an artist and that they can finally showcase their own color. Their solos are so different from each other and they are still experimenting…. But one thing is for sure, they proved people wrong by showing they have the passion to be musicians and performers and I’m so proud of them.
Also Jisoo is busy shooting one drama after the other. People thought they would just disappear, yet we blinks were well fed throughout 2024!
Yes, I was worried, but not bc they didn't love music, I just thought they were tired after YGE mismanagement, but I'm glad they proved everyone wrong and are doing what they are the best at: MUSIC!!

There's definitely something satisfying about seeing all the music they're releasing (+ how well it's doing) after so many called them influencers that didn't want anything to do with music.. well well well
It's extremely satisfying like they are thriving in the music field and fashion field doing it like nobody in kpop, they chose to dominate everything and others can either love or hate it
but one thing is for sure, they are in the top! -

I know the other three have all released music and AKP is a kpop forum after all but Jisoo's also been busy filming movies and dramas
it seems all four members are happy and busy doing their all thing which is the best thing for them

Can't agree more, I was actually considering making a similar thread! Jennie and BP is what got me into kpop and following their comebacks are truly my most cherished and memorable times as a kpop fan. Honestly I wasnt sure if BP would ever be able to give me this feeling again but with all their recent solo comebacks, the comeback and world tour in 2025, it feels like I did when I first started following them and its like they never even left. We blinks are lucky to be following the greatest group with the greatest members ever.
Thankfully I was the one doing this thread hehehehe
