Self awarness is nowadays overrated

Since 4th gen we have way less superstars with the magic It-factor.

2nd Gen: GD, Taeyang, Taeyeon, Yoona, CL, Park Bom, Taeyceon, Nickhun, Donghae, Jiyeon, Nana, Gikwang, Lee Joon, Minho and bunch of other Superstars

3rd Gen: Jungkook, V, Jimin, Lisa, Jennie, Kai, Baekhyun, Naeyeon, Sana, Eunwoo, Irene, Jackson, Kang Daniel. With 3rd Gen it became less but still enough superstars who can influence a new Generation of fans.

With 4th we only have Karina and even she isnt bringing something new to the table what we have never seen.

Beside the downhill of the music quality we dont have Idols where even Not fans feel electrizaed.

I remember in the streets of Malaysia, Indonesia or Philippine you could see nun fans would wear Merchs and Shirts from V or Jungkook.

We dont have a Single Idol in new gen where you can say the she/He is overall bigger than Exo Kai or Bigbang Taeyang.

How is Newjeans not affected by this Scandal?

LSFRM we will see how much they got affected by this fiasco. But like you wrote the Chart Performance are definitly signalsing a plump.

But Newjeans are definitely affected by this. They were 2022 and 2023 absolutly untouchable but now their Charts Performance looks good for top Group.

But compared to their pervious works its a day and night difference.

Fanatic fans can write how much they like the damage is obvious.

Not even a month and they are today officially OUT from the Charts.

Compared to their previous Songs These statitics are OUTRAGEOUS.

In a timeframe of 12 going from 5M peak to this is something kpop have never seen.

What a suprise Newjeans numbers are connetced with the massive audience of HYBE Stans and not with the succsess stans here in this forum.

Lets be honest the Song itself is a huge downgrade to their previous masterpieces and HYBE stans dropped them like Hot patatos.

I would wait the for next days to see how it goes but I expect a big drop for tommorow.

Also many Kpop stans need to understand that even Not all Hybe stans of Armys, Carats, Moas, Engenes and bunch of other fandoms are a Monster audience who gives a listen and support to other hybe groups.
